Today marks my final day serving in this role.

It’s been an honor to stand alongside each of you—to represent you, fight for you, and be part of something bigger than any one of us. The strength of this organization has always been its members, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

Thank you for the trust, the support, and the brotherhood. That's what I'll carry forward.

I'm not going far—I'll just be serving in a different capacity. I'll always have your back.
