Sisters and Brothers,

System Council U8 and Duke Energy met several times at the bargaining table this past week and exchanged multiple counterproposals. Although nothing has been resolved, slow progress is being made towards a new working agreement. We will meet again next week, starting Monday, to discuss changes to the PGO Line Apprentice program. Please make plans to attend your Local Union monthly meeting for more updates.
