Sisters and Brothers,

IBEW Local Union 1393 and Duke Energy avoided a work stoppage by returning to the table and reaching a 5-year agreement, which was then ratified by membership. This has been a long and tenuous process for everyone involved, but through hard work and determination, a new working agreement was secured.

Congratulations to Business Manager Wilson, his team, and all the members of 1393.
