The SCU8 and 433.1 negotiating team has reached a tentative agreement with Duke Energy for a 3-year contract. Attached is the agreement and details pertaining to the new working agreement should it be ratified. If you have any questions, please reach out to the members of your negotiating committee.

Thank you to Kris Wright, James Arthur, David Fries, and Frank Davis for their engagement and valuable contributions in securing this agreement. Thank you to Brad Bennett and David Herlocker for keeping the train on the rails.

The contract vote will be conducted on this website on Thursday, March 12, 2026, beginning at 0700 and closing at 1700. You must be registered on this website and obviously be a member of 433.1 to vote.
