Contract negotiations continue to progress slowly. The parties met for several days over the last couple of weeks and discussed multiple issues, including: changes to the line apprentice program, the DCC training program, changes in ECC, Exhibit J, storm language for RRE, shift differential, meals and paid meal times, potential new Bargaining Unit classifications, Hard- to -Fill yards, changes in solar, as well as several other issues including wage bumps in certain classifications. The Company also informed the Union that they have no interest in certain Union proposals and therefore will not be presenting counters to them.

Things are moving along slowly, but the Committee remains optimistic and committed to getting a deal done. We will be back in Wildwood on Monday, October 13th.
