The SCU8 and 433.1 negotiating team has reached a tentative agreement with Duke Energy for a 3-year contract. Attached is the agreement and details pertaining to the new working agreement should it be ratified. If you have any questions, please reach out to the members of your negotiating committee.

Duke Energy and your Union negotiating team met today and swapped proposals. Attached you will see both packages. Remember, this is only day 1 and the first iteration of proposals. We will return to the bargaining table tomorrow and continue working towards a new working agreement for Citrus Combined Cycle Station.

The Company has notified the Union that they will be conducting Dependent Verifications again this year. Please see the message below and act accordingly to avoid an interruption of coverage.
