We have a contract!! Membership has overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new 3-year working agreement. Thank you to everyone that took the time to vote and congratulations!! Thank you to my amazing team who spent the last 4.5 months working day and night to get this done....and a special thank you to Ms. Shirley for spending all day making sure people had access to vote.

The ratification vote for the 2025 Memorandum of Changes will be conducted via this website tomorrow beginning at 0700 and continuing until 1700. To access the voting initiative, click on Member Resources on the Home Page main menu, then Voting.....then the vote should populate.

Attached is the first draft of the 2025 Memorandum of Changes. Previously, I posted the marked-up Tentative Agreements with the strikes and mark-ups, which caused all kinds of confusion. This document shows the actual changes from the old contract language to the new contract language...without the counters and confusion.

| 2025 Explanation Meetings |
Sisters and Brothers,
Attached is the scheduled contract explanation meetings schedule. The System Committee will be conducting several in-person, as well as TEAMS meetings, beginning Monday, December 1, 2025. The contract ratification vote will be conducted electronically via this website on Friday, December 12, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

| 2025 Tentative Agreement |

The Union and the Company have reached a tentative agreement. Attached are the Union and Company proposals that have been negotiated and will be part of the 2025 Memorandum of Changes upon ratification. As you read through the proposals, keep in mind that no contract is perfect, and all proposals are the result of hard work and compromise.
