Sisters and Brothers,

The 2021 Hines Memorandum of Changes has been ratified. Membership has overwhelmingly agreed to a new 3 year agreement. I would like to thank Steve Archer, Randy Bodiford, James Bodeck, Nelson Jean, David Herlocker and Brad Bennett for all the long hours and hard work. You guys never wavered in your commitment to membership and make me proud to call you brothers.
