Local Union's 433, 626, 682 and 1412 jointly participated in a Steward's Class held at the IBEW System Council office on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Special thanks go out to International Representatives Brian Thompson and Jan Schwingshakl for facilitating the class. They did an excellent job and I am proud to call them my Brother and Sister.

The class was well-attended and very successful. I want to thank all the participants for taking the time on the weekend with the goal of expanding their knowledge base as they commit to representing our members. I am very proud of these fine Union Stewards and leaders and our members are blessed to have such a dedicated group of Brothers and Sisters representing them each and every day. Another Steward training class is already schedule this summer. I would anticipate additional classes scheduled before the end of the year.

Please continue to work safely and watch out for your fellow Sisters and Brothers. Continue to work in a professional IBEW manner.
